I have been studying music and percussion for over 20 years. I’ve had the privilege to participate and perform with various groups and ensembles throughout High School, College, Drum Corps, and Freelance work. My passion for the drum set began at age 11 when I studied at a local music store in Centerville, OH sharing an hour with my Dad. Throughout the remainder of High School and College, I immersed myself in the world of marching percussion. Marching with The Capital Regiment and The Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps, as well as Rhythm-X Indoor Percussion Ensemble, it was here on the field, where I found my love of performing.

I have never really classified my playing style into any specific genre, as being versatile is an important trait for any drummer. I’ve adapted and applied several concepts that are introduced in a marching percussion environment to my independent and professional study such as: rhythmic accuracy, sound quality, professionalism, and above all else a disciplined work ethic. My goal is to be able to apply myself to any musical or stylistic setting.

I’ve had the pleasure of performing in a wide variety of venues ranging from clubs, stadiums, arenas and even Los Angeles’s prestigious Hollywood Bowl. From 2007-2014, I had the pleasure of joining the Alternative Rock Quartet: NEEDMORE, filling the role as drummer, percussionist, and backing vocalist. NEEDMORE recorded their Self-Titled debut album with Del-Fi Music Group (Universal Music Group (InGrooves) Distribution) in 2009. In 2010 NEEDMORE released the single “Lost My Way” and in 2012 released the EP ‘Back At The Start’ under their own representation. NEEDMORE had the opportunity to support Major Label acts such as: The Gym Class Heroes, Tyrone Wells, Train, and John Legend; as well as headline Clubs and Colleges Nationwide.

Since parting ways with the band, I have been working from my home studio providing studio quality drum-tracks, Songwriting/Production, and Mixing services for Artists across the world. I’m fortunate to have been hired on as a Songwriter and Producer for Static Flight Music Group based in Nashville, TN.  I have also been called upon to fill roles in touring bands crossing genres from Pop, DJ/Live Drums, and Rock-Pop.

I have had the honor of joining artist rosters for many prestigious companies including: Pearl Drums, Meinl Cymbals, Evans/D’Addario, Alclair In-Ear-Monitors, and Big Fat Snare Drum.  I couldn’t be more honored to work with these fantastic companies and I proudly endorse their products.
